Call us or email your issue to help@commuserv.com.au. Whether it’s a minor glitch or a major problem, our IT support team is here to assist 24/7.
Every issue is logged and assigned a case reference. This ensures we can track progress and keep you updated.
In most cases, you’ll be connected with one of our help desk technicians right away. They’ll walk you through troubleshooting over the phone or remotely access your system using our Rescue software to diagnose and fix the issue.
If the issue is resolved remotely, you’re only charged for the time taken – no minimum call-out fees.
If the problem requires an onsite visit, we’ll let you know upfront and send a technician with full details of the work already done, so they can just get the problem fixed.
Commuserv has in excess of 12 full-time senior engineers available to attend on-site and diagnose the smallest of issues surrounding connectivity, operating systems to business analysis and best practices in today’s modern office.
Technicians are available 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm or outside of these hours based on pre-planning.
